Twenty Twenty HR is run by senior HR consultant Maggie Strudwick who has over 20 years of experience in advising and making a difference to companies and their employees by creating a positive and engaging work environment in which employees can thrive and play to their strengths.

We provide every day HR support, consultancy services and coaching to businesses and organisations of all sizes in the Kent, Sussex, and London area and beyond. We pride ourselves of our friendly and professional approach, getting to know your business and your people to put the best policies, procedures and organisational structures in place and attract the right talent to your organisation.

Maggie has a diploma in systems thinking, a degree in technology and is a member of the UK Values Alliance, CIPD, several professional development groups and is a trained and accredited VoicePrint© practitioner. She also has a wide network of partner organisations at her disposal with expertise in HR related fields such as learning and development, operational and process delivery, health, safety and environmental services.
